Our story
Founded over 15 years ago, Structure Values recognised the critical need to integrate accurate cost management with specialised pre-construction engineering. We evolved beyond traditional construction takeoff services to become an all-in-one resource for every major phase — from initial design feasibility to final permit documentation.
Our proficiency in integrating BIM modeling, MEP engineering, and value engineering analysis ensures a cohesive, conflict-free start for residential, commercial, and industrial ventures of any scale.
How we work
Every deliverable is prepared by a certified estimator and reviewed by a senior estimator before it reaches you. We price using current market data for your zip code, apply the correct union or non-union labor rates, and follow CSI MasterFormat divisions so the numbers slot straight into your bid.
When something in the plans doesn't add up, we tell you before we price it. An estimate built on a bad assumption costs more than a delayed one.

Our head office is in New Jersey and we serve projects in all 50 states, including federally funded work requiring Davis-Bacon Act compliance and prevailing wage determinations.
